Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product and you would like to return or exchange your merchandise, you will have 30 days upon receipt of your order to return for a full refund or exchange. Your refund will be credited to the account that you provided minus a $5.00 handling fee or you may exchange the product for a different size. If exchanging for a different size, there will be a $5.00 handling fee and a $5.00 re-shipping fee. Send us an e-mail with your concerns or desires with an enclosed letter stating your request and we will respond within 7 business days of receiving your return. All AIH merchandise is inspected multiple times before shipping. If the merchandise returned is damaged, worn, torn, washed or otherwise unable to be restocked, the request for exchange or credit will not be honored.

Shipping

All AIH deeds are shipped in their own unique shipping tubes and are ground shipped at no charge; normal delivery time from receipt of your order is 10-14 days. If you wish to have your deed(s) shipped overnight, within 1-2 days, they will be sent UPS and the charge will be auto calculated according to your location.

All AIH merchandise (not including deeds) that has a total sale (before tax) less than $45.00 will be assessed an $8.00 flat rate per order. Merchandise is ground shipped and normal delivery time from receipt of your order is 10-14 days. UPS overnight will be auto calculated according to your location.

All AIH merchandise (not including deeds) that has a total sale (before tax) more than $45.00 will be ground shipped for free, normal delivery time from receipt of your order is 10-14 days. UPS overnight will be auto calculated according to your location.
